The Harmonic Empire Sonic Eartips Galaxy Edition were officially launched last Saturday (24) and introduce several differences compared to the original version. Considering the strong success achieved by the first generation among ear tip enthusiasts, it is expected that the Galaxy Edition will also become widely popular. Below, we present all the details regarding this new release.
The main differences between the Sonic Eartips Galaxy Edition and the original model lie in the type of silicone used and in the internal structure of the stem wall. Although Tangzu has not explicitly clarified these changes, they can be identified through the images and descriptions provided in the company’s promotional materials.

For the “Galaxy Edition,” Tangzu states in its promotional content that “liquid silicone” has been used, whereas the original Sonic Eartips are described as being made from “medical-grade silicone.” Furthermore, based on the promotional photos and videos, it is possible to observe a difference in surface texture, giving the impression that the Galaxy Edition offers superior grip when compared to the original version.
When analyzing the internal wall of the stem of the Galaxy Edition, it can be observed that the rounded, raised ridges present in the original Sonic Eartips are no longer present. Instead, the internal wall of the Galaxy Edition features a smooth surface.

The wavy dome design appears to be identical in both the Galaxy Edition and the original Sonic Eartips. Likewise, the nozzle diameter (bore opening) remains unchanged. Both versions are classified as “wide bore.”

The Harmonic Empire Sonic Eartips Galaxy Edition are already available in Tangzu’s official store in small, medium, and large sizes for US$ 9.98. Alternatively, it is possible to purchase a single pair for US$ 5.06 or three pairs of the same size for US$ 9.98.
