Moondrop announced a new line of wireless headsets, Moondrop Gravity, during the 20th Shenzhen International Audio Show (SIAS 2026). The first model in the Gravity lineup is the Moondrop Gaming Maestro 01 Pro (GM-01 Pro). Its main highlights include support for parametric equalization (PEQ), breathable fabric ear pads, and 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth connectivity. Below is everything you need to know about Moondrop’s new gaming headset.
Moondrop’s new wireless gaming headset offers several features not commonly found in headphones designed for eSports. Priced at less than US$50 in mainland China, the Gaming Maestro 01 Pro (GM-01 Pro) supports 10-band parametric equalization (PEQ).
PEQ is just one of the features available through the Moondrop app, which can be accessed on smartphones and through web browsers on PCs. The app allows users to upload and download ready-made equalization profiles (presets), including profiles designed for specific games.

The GM-01 Pro can be connected in four different ways, providing convenience and flexibility for gamers. The gaming headset supports 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth 6.0, USB-C/A, and a 3.5 mm AUX connection.

The use of PEQ and equalization profiles is restricted to the 2.4 GHz connection. These features cannot be used via Bluetooth, USB-C/A, or 3.5 mm.
When the GM-01 Pro is connected via 2.4 GHz wireless, transmission latency is 30 ms.
When connected via Bluetooth, the GM-01 Pro wireless headset can provide up to 150 hours of battery life. When using the 2.4 GHz connection, battery life remains substantial, reaching up to 100 hours.

To improve voice clarity and reduce background noise, the GM-01 Pro uses AI (artificial intelligence) and dual-microphone beamforming.
The DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technique known as “dual-microphone beamforming” works by using two microphones positioned at a fixed distance from each other. This allows the system to focus sound pickup on the user’s voice while reducing background noise.
In the case of the GM-01 Pro, AI is used to calculate the angle from which the user’s voice originates, allowing it to be isolated from sounds coming from other directions. As a result, unwanted noise is attenuated, making the user’s speech clearer.

To make it easier to adjust the volume and mute the microphone, the GM-01 Pro features physical controls integrated into the ear cups. Volume is adjusted using a rotary control, while the mute function is activated using a push button.

Weighing less than 270 g, the GM-01 Pro features a lightweight design intended to minimize pressure on the user’s head. In addition, its ear pads are made of breathable fabric, providing improved thermal comfort and durability compared with synthetic leather (PVC/PU) ear pads.

According to Moondrop, the GM-01 Pro delivers “more precise directional positioning.” Below is the frequency response of the Moondrop Gaming Maestro 01 Pro (GM-01 Pro).

The Gaming Maestro 01 Pro (GM-01 Pro) will be sold for 299 yuan (approximately US$44) in mainland China. There is currently no information regarding the GM-01 Pro’s release date. This article will be updated as soon as new information becomes available.
