The FiiO TT11 was officially launched today (April 15) in mainland China. The new TT11 turntable is FiiO’s entry-level model, and its pricing positions it as a direct competitor to the Audio-Technica AT-LP60X. Below are all the details about this new FiiO release.
The TT11 is the second turntable released by FiiO and sits below the TT13. However, despite being an entry-level model, it uses the same circuit design as the TT13. For signal amplification, a pair of Texas Instruments NE5532 operational amplifiers (op-amps) is employed.
According to the manufacturer, the use of these op-amps delivers a “warm, full-bodied, and textured sound.”

The FiiO TT11 launches in the Chinese market with a suggested retail price of 999 yuan (approximately US$147). Although international pricing is typically higher, the TT11 is likely to compete directly with the Audio-Technica AT-LP60X, which is often found for around US$179.
Below are the key features of the FiiO TT11.
The TT11 features buttons that allow users to control vinyl playback automatically. There is a start/pause button and another for repeat playback.

Even raising and lowering the tonearm can be performed via a physical button. In addition, there is a knob to adjust the speed between 33 RPM and 45 RPM (revolutions per minute).

It is important to note that, despite these automated playback functions, the TT11 can still be operated manually.
The TT11 allows for cartridge replacement. Below is an image of the Audio-Technica AT3600L cartridge attached to the tonearm made of aluminum alloy.

FiiO states the following on the product page:
“The TT11 is among the first to feature a fully automatic tonearm with an anti-skating system, allowing you to upgrade to your preferred cartridges with confidence. With a high-precision calibrated counterweight, it is possible to finely adjust the tracking force with an accuracy of ±0.20 g.”
The TT11’s tonearm features an anti-skating system and counterweight adjustment, which are designed to prevent excessive wear on the stylus. The objective is to properly balance the force applied to the stylus in order to compensate for the skating force. If the tracking force is too high, it may damage both the record and the stylus, in addition to hindering the vertical movement of the assembly (cantilever). Conversely, if the force is insufficient, the stylus may vibrate or skip.
For reference, skating is the force generated by the friction between the stylus and the grooves of vinyl records. This force causes the tonearm to be pushed toward the center of the platter. To prevent this behavior, mechanisms are employed to counteract the skating force, namely the anti-skating system and the adjustable counterweight.

The operation of the anti-skating feature may vary depending on the turntable. In the case of the TT11, it appears to use an internal spring-based system that is adjusted via a physical control.

The TT11 includes a built-in phono preamplifier, which is useful when an external phono preamp is not available. It can be used via the Line Out (LO).
If you already have an external phono preamplifier, simply use the phono output.

To provide greater flexibility, FiiO has implemented Bluetooth transmission in its entry-level turntable. However, the only supported Bluetooth audio codec on the TT11 is SBC.
For comparison, the TT13 supports aptX, aptX HD, and aptX LL codecs, which are more advanced than SBC.
Available in black and brown, the TT11 features a wood-finish chassis, giving the product an elegant design. Additionally, the platter includes customizable lighting effects.
To create a distinctive ambiance, the TT11 features a lighting system integrated into the platter. Users can switch between purple, red, orange, blue, cyan, green, and white.
Brightness can also be adjusted to better match the environment, or the lighting can be turned off completely if desired.
